Spent Christmas here and it was great! the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the breakfast was perfect with an amazing variety of options. the restaurant was a great bonus, with delicious food.
The room was a bit small and cramped. the Wi-Fi didn't work in my room, but I got a great signal in the lobby.

The location and attentativeness of the staff. Good value for money.
Carpet was old and stained plus it smelled. Shower head was broken. Tv reception was poor.

They did a nice job with breakfast. We felt safe in the hotel. It is very close to the metro. It is very close to Bella Vista area. Some TVs were big, flat screen and you could change the language to English.
The bathroom had no towel racks. The towels were very old and well used, but they were clean. The carpet was very old, as were the beds and furniture. The funiture was very basic and old. The bed covers were very basic and old. Only some of the desk staff spoke English. Pamela was the best!

The hotel was a good value. The rooms were smaller than usual, but were clean. The hotel is located near some parks, is within easy walking distance of many things to do, and is very close to a metro stop.
The breakfast was a little disappointing, as it wasn't much more than a few pieces of toast.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was fantastic, which made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were good and the staff was very friendly and available for questions through whatsapp. The location of the hotel is also amazing, as it is situated near some parks, making it easy to relax and enjoy this city. Additionally, it is very close to a metro stop, which made transportation easy. Finally, the breakfast was enough and delicious.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the clean rooms and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, being in close proximity to parks and within walking distance to many attractions. the staff was friendly and informative, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants.
The breakfast selection was subpar, with very limited options. the Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which was frustrating.
